The 'PSE VIP Tickets' app, can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store.
If you book a hospitality package all event tickets will be issued via the PSE VIP Tickets app to the mobile number you provided us with upon booking.
Please note that you will need to own a smartphone to use the digital ticketing app which is essential for access to our hospitality events.
Please ensure you have downloaded the app on your smartphone in readiness to receive your digital tickets prior to the event. Once the tickets are in your basket on the app, you can then transfer these to your intended guests as per the instructions below.
When the QR code starts moving the ticket is live - Please do not screenshot this as it can invalidate the ticket.
