    Casa de Piedra Cabernet Sauvignon - 2005 - Chile                                                  Medium ruby in colour. A powerful nose of red and black fruits, with a hint of dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, deliciously ripe and packed with fruit. A fine acid balance and tannin structure round it off superbly

    Saam Mountain Paarl Pinotage - 2008 - South Afica                                                    Juicy tannins and ripe, dark, fruit with hints of vanilla. The aftertaste is long, fruity and very elegant.

    Cotes du Rhone Rouge Clocher - 2008 - France                                                          Purple hues, red fruits and violets on the nose, soft tannins.

    Castillo de Clavijo Rioja Crianza - 2004/5 - Spain                                                    Elegant, well-balanced Crianza Rioja with deep, mulberry, cinnamon and plum fruit. The 2003 vintage is a little, riper and more full-bodied than previous releases owing to the warmth of the vintage.

    Les Nuages Pinot Noir St Pourcain - 2006 - France                                                     Light but intense red with great redcurrant and spice pinot character on the nose and on the fresh finish. Served at room temperature or chilled.

    Fleurie Millesime Cave de Fleurie - 2008 - France                                                            A striking and vivid red colour, with several punnets worth of red berry fruit on the nose and palate. Soft and fresh with light, ripe tannins and crisp acidity it is a benchmark Bojo.
