Millennium Stadium Wine List
The wines on our wine list have been carefully selected to create diverse list full of flavours and character to ensure there's a long list of high quality wines to suit every to suit everyone's tastes and needs.
As we are all doing our bit for the environment, we at the Millennium Stadium thought we'd take this one step further. A number of our wines on our wine list are bottled in a new sustainable lightweight bottle or are fair trade to ensure we do everything we can for our environment.
Our recommendations are;
White Wine
Sancerre Blanc Domanie de la Chezatte 2008 - France Very pale in colour with crisp gooseberry, lemon and cut grass notes on both the nose and palate alongside flinty, minerally notes.
Red Wine
Castillo de Clavijo Rioja Crianza 2004/5 - Spain Elegant, well-balanced Crianza Rioja with deep, mulberry, cinnamon and plum fruit. The 2003 vintage is a little, riper and more full-bodied than previous releases owing to the warmth of the vintage.
Rose Wine
Vin de Pays des Maures Rosé Domaine D'Astros 2007 - South of France This Salmon-hued rose has an intense nose of grapefruit and other exotic fruits. It is fruity well-balanced and generous with more citrus fruit flavours. An invigorating wine, with a fresh finish.
Champagne
Pol Roger Brut Reserve NV 75cl - France A yeasty champagne with bready notes on the nose, with creamy zesty fruit on the palate and an intense, balanced finish.
