Christmas Booking Information

All event dates are subject to availability

Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days from initial booking

£10.00 per person non refundable and non transferable deposit is required to confirm the bookings,

Cheques should be made payable to Letheby and Christopher and only ONE cheque per booking.

All cheques must be received within 5 days of the cheque date and have name, address and cheque guarantee number on reverse.

Bookings cannot be confirmed until a full deposit is received from each guest.

Balance of payment is required by Friday 4^th November.

For any bookings made after Friday 4^th November full payment will be required within 5 days.

Deposits and payment of final balance are non refundable and non transferable.

Any alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing.

Strictly no food or beverages can be brought onto the premises.

All Guests will be seated on tables of 10/12.

Christmas party nights are for over 18 year olds only

All special dietary requirements MUST be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate.

Letheby and Christopher reserve the right to amalgamate parties to guarantee minimum numbers, consequently we also reserve the right to move parties into more suitable sized suites.

Letheby and Christopher reserve the right to cancel or amend dates for an event for any reason or change entertainment at its discretion.
